Who we are

Mindful NLP is operated by Georgia Beverakis (Newhaus Ventures LTD), based in the United Kingdom and working with clients internationally. For anything relating to your personal information, contact georgia@mindfulnlpcoach.com.

What we collect

We collect personal information in three ways:

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.
• Workbook download and waitlist: your email address.
• Site analytics: standard, largely anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) collected through cookies by our website platform.

We do not collect more than we need, and we never buy, sell or trade personal information.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange a discovery call or coaching engagement.
• To send you the workbook you requested.
• To send occasional emails about Mindful NLP content and programmes, only where you have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Under the UK GDPR, we process your information on the basis of your consent and, for responding to enquiries, our legitimate interest in doing what you asked us to do.

Who else sees it

Your information is stored and processed by the service providers that run this site and our email list: GoDaddy.com and Netlify.com. Where these providers store data outside the UK, they are contractually required to protect it to a standard consistent with UK data protection law. Nobody else receives your information unless the law requires it.

Coaching confidentiality

Anything shared within coaching sessions is treated as confidential and is separate from this website policy. Confidentiality terms are set out in the coaching agreement you receive before we begin working together.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows. Email list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per our platform's standard settings.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails (or just click unsubscribe)
• Object to how your information is being processed

To exercise any of these, email georgia@mindfulnlpcoach.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK's data protection regulator.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including using reputable platforms with their own security measures. No online system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
